Better than I hoped forFatasticly clean rooms and very polite people I wasn't expecting alot for the price we paid but if stayed in places 4 times as much that where worse than this! Was so nice I booked another night even though I paid for somewhere else! I would highly recommend this place

Comfortable, clean and functionalI worried when I looked for reviews on this property and there wasn't much to see. Maybe its because this property has alot of scandanvian guests that the reviews are sparse or that its just average that you don't get any great reviews, but not too many howlers either. The rooms, pool and public areas were all spotlessly clean and the staff friendly enough. Appeared to be enough sunbeds which is always a good thing. Self catering equals kitchen with sink/ fridge, kettle and 1 ring hob, but thats enough for a 1 pot special but don't expect to tackle anything more than that. Crockery & cutlery sufficient for needs. About a 5 min walk to a Carrefour for any requirements (out of hotel, right and right again). Shop and bar onsite are expensive. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on quality or prices. There is no lift in the property so if you have walking difficulties, ask for room on 1st floor but to be honest, its location isn't great if you're not too mobile. Its about a 20 - 25 min walk down into the main part of town but there are some restaurants closer if you don't fancy the walk. The beach shuttle comes 9.30 & 10.30 and runs back 3.30/ 4/5 & 6pm. Its run by one of the restaurants on the beach so you can access their sunbeds but the trade off is buying drinks/ lunch. To walk to/ from the beach would be about 20 mins. Side is a lovely town, lots of Roman ruins worth an explore and a lovely harbour but I'm sure that many people closested in their all inclusive hotels, never see this lovely part of Side. The shop and restaurant touts can be tedious but its just a necessary evil that you have to endure.

Clean and quietSince the hotel is located in an area which at first feels like in the middle of nowhere there is not much sounds coming from the surroundings. And once we got to know the area we realized that Side city center was just 20 mins walk away or a few minutes with taxi (15 TL). And since the hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach we really liked the location. Rooms are small, spartan but clean.Plus: positive and nice staff, clean rooms/hotel areas

Lovely clean hotelPerfect service, clean room and lovely staff. Will definitely come back. Little marked in hotel if you want to buy sigarett, lokal wine, beer, things to use in the pool and cips etc Food at the restaurant is very good. Pizza is small but melts in your mouth. And cold lovely Efes 😍 One thing is that is no refrigerator /minibar or TV but you don't spend time in your room anyway. Just enjoy the pool and the poolservice. There is a buss to the beach 3 times in the morning and the same at the afternoon. We bought a bottle of wine in the market and we could drink it at the restaurant. No problem 😃

Clean and PeacefulIf you are looking for reasonable accomondation in Side, the studios at Victoria Princess would be a good choice. Quite spacious, with a good size balcony, comfortable beds and always clean. This small, family owned hotel offers friendly and welcoming service, is within walking distance from beach and Old Town and for those of us who prefer quiet nights it's excellent.
